How returns, replacements, and refunds work at PCTDirect — including our reship guarantee for lost or damaged orders.

Reship guarantee: if your order is lost, seized, or arrives damaged, we will reship it free of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Our general policy

Because we sell medicines and health products, we cannot accept returns of items once they have been delivered — this is a standard safety and quality measure across the pharmaceutical industry. Instead, customer protection is provided through replacements and refunds in the specific situations described below.

When you are eligible for a replacement or refund

You may request a free reshipment or a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • Your order did not arrive within 30 days of dispatch and tracking confirms it is lost.
  • Your package was held or seized by customs and could not be delivered.
  • The product arrived visibly damaged, broken, or with compromised packaging.
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity.

When a refund cannot be issued

Refunds and reshipments are not available where:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout.
  • Delivery was refused by the recipient.
  • A claim is made after the eligibility window described in section 5 has passed.
  • The product was stored or handled improperly after delivery.

How to make a claim

The process is straightforward:

Share evidence

For damaged items, attach clear photos. For lost orders, we verify against tracking.

We resolve it

Once approved, choose a free reshipment or a full refund to your original payment method.

Claim windows & processing times

Claims for damaged or incorrect items should be made within 7 days of delivery. Claims for non-delivery should be made within 45 days of dispatch. Once a claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be covered under the eligibility terms above.
