Order processing
Orders are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. If a product requires a prescription or additional verification, processing may take slightly longer — our team will contact you if anything is needed.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delivery times & costs
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. Customs processing in your country can affect total transit time.

Orders under $30 carry a small flat-rate shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents or the pharmacy. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate protection to maintain stability during transit.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If your tracking has not updated after several days, contact us and we will investigate.
Customs, duties & import regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may be legally imported into their country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
In the rare event that a package is held or seized by customs, the order is covered by our reship guarantee — see the Returns & Refunds page.
Failed or delayed delivery
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. To avoid delays:
- Double-check your full address and postal code before paying.
- Provide a working contact number and email so carriers can reach you.
- Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake in your order details.
